Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information signalisys (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit signalisys.ai or run the AI readiness diagnostic, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be explicit about everything we do collect.

Information we collect

• Diagnostic responses. The answers you give in the readiness assessment, the perspective you select, and the resulting scores. You can complete the diagnostic without an account.
• Contact details you submit. If you choose to receive a copy of your report or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, email and (optionally) company.
• Usage telemetry. Aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics about page views, diagnostic completion rates and broad device class. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
• Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) kept for security and debugging, retained for a short period.

How we use it

• To generate your readiness radar, action plan and downloadable report.
• To improve the diagnostic, signals catalog and recommendations.
• To respond to you when you contact us or request a copy of your report.
• To keep the service secure and operational.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train third-party advertising profiles.

AI processing

Parts of the report (narratives, action plan) are generated using large language model providers. Only the assessment inputs needed to produce that output are sent. Inputs are not used by us to train models.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that operate the site (hosting, database, email delivery, AI inference) under contract, and where required by law.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@signalisys.ai. If you are in the EU/UK you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies/local storage entries to remember your theme, in-progress diagnostic and session. Analytics is aggregated and does not require consent banners under current EU guidance, but we will update this section if that changes.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, announced on the changelog page.
