These terms govern your use of signalisys.ai and the AI readiness diagnostic, signals, glossary and reports made available through it (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Service
- You may use the Service for your own professional evaluation and research.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell the Service or its outputs without written permission.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit in the diagnostic.
Reports & recommendations
The radar scores, action plans and signals are decision-support material, not professional advice. They are illustrative outputs based on the inputs you provide and current public knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem. Always validate recommendations against your own context before acting on them. We make no warranty that any specific business outcome will result from following them.
Intellectual property
The signalisys brand, the diagnostic methodology, the dimension framework and the content on this site are owned by signalisys and its author. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of any report generated from them; you grant us a limited licence to process those inputs solely to deliver the Service.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, database, AI model providers). Their availability and behaviour are outside our control. References to Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud and other product names are for identification only; signalisys is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Salesforce, Inc.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, signalisys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which signalisys operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
